Adding small bits...

After re-making the rear ROOF RAIL CORNERS, I decided to attach them to the rear wood skeleton that makes up the rear of the car. They are the new wood at the bottom. The framework is upside down.

The flattened ends sit in notches in the ROOF RAIL ASSEMBLY. The original roof rails are rotted and some of the pieces were used as firewood as they were no longer salvageable.

The Belt Rail, which is upper most in this picture, has a slot for the rear spring to slide into via a thin piece of bent metal angle. The belt rail screws into the rear quarter pillars with one screw from the top and two from the bottom. (Remember...you are looking at the bottom of the framing).
